Police public meeting held at Police Station Awantipora | KNO

Srinagar, March 21 (KNO) : In a move to strengthen the Police public relations, Awantipora Police organized a Police-Public meeting at Police Station Awantipora.

The meeting was chaired by SDPO Awantipora Shri Perweiz Ahmed accompanied by SHO Awantipora Shri Nazir Ahmad. A large number of people including representatives of trade and transport organizations, Village and Mohalla committee heads besides some senior citizens of society attended the meeting.

During the meeting various issues related to drug menace, traffic management and some other issues of vital importance were discussed. The participants assured full cooperation in fighting social crimes. The meeting concluded with the vote of thanks.(KNO)
